A Lap For Lifeline

The Happy Walk is a 3 year, 16,000km solo unaccompanied walk around Australia raising awareness about wellbeing, hope and suicide prevention and fundraising for Lifeline.

When Lifeline helped Terra Lalirra during depression and PTSD they gave her hope. Terra is raising funds for Lifeline’s 24/7 mental health crisis hotline to say thank you and to give others hope. Please donate. Help Lifeline save lives.

Terra Lalirra  has been an avid solo adventurer, skiing, snowshoeing, trekking, running, riding and kayaking through Australian wilderness and across the globe for nearly 3 decades. In 2010, after years of battling undiagnosed mental illnesses, she tried taking her life. Thankfully her survival instincts saved her and now Terra is carrying a message of hope, recovery and happiness around Australia on foot. Step by step Terra is making a difference.
